However, services covered by an insurance company with which we have a contract, will be billed to the patient. When your insurance requires a co-payment, this payment must be made at the time of service.   For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit card, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover.   If billing is necessary, a statement will be mailed to you that is due within 30 days.
