Family Practice continues to monitor the current Seasonal Flu situation and has implemented guidelines for your protection. Please watch this website and the newspaper for upcoming information regarding the 2011-12 flu season. If you or your child becomes ill, please stay home and call the clinic for instructions. Additional information can be found at www.flu.gov.
Seasonal Flu Vaccination Clinics will be held for established Family Practice patients on October 13 (last names A-M) and October 14 (last names N-Z) from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm. This year an additional Flu Vaccination Clinic will be held on Saturday, October 15 from 9:00am until noon (last names A-Z). |
